Hand & hoard
Keep 7 cards in hand and a face-down hoard (starts at 4, can grow). Opponents attack that pile — a Trap ends their attack cold.
Collect Radar. Set Traps. Chaos awaits.
A fast, sneaky family card game starring our real cats — Radar (the black cat you collect) and Tink (your protector). Hand-drawn and designed by our son Lukas (Luke) Grau — now 13 — who led every step from pencil sketches to classroom demos before this public release. With 108 cards and endless strategic choices, no two games play the same.
Two-layer Kickstarter. Goal $1,000 ships 50 Version 1 decks before Christmas (already printed). Stretch $6,000 unlocks Version 2 for January. $20 + $5 S&H.
This isn’t a random cat theme — the game is named after our family’s actual cats.
Win by holding the most Radar points in hand when the game ends. Full instructions ship as a two-sided accordion rules sheet.
Keep 7 cards in hand and a face-down hoard (starts at 4, can grow). Opponents attack that pile — a Trap ends their attack cold.
Attack with Attack 1/2 or a spent Radar, or play a strategy card: Snatcher, Thrasher, Death, Scout, Swap, and more.
Radar is +1 / +2 / +3 in your hand. Defend with Tink’s Gaze and Guardian Angel. Highest hand Radar total when the game ends wins.
Enough to start a game night — the accordion sheet covers every card and FAQ.

Built by a kid who got bored of the same games — then playtested until it stuck.
Radar and Tink are our actual cats. Luke built the game around them — personal, funny, and easy for kids to love.
Luke sketched every card by hand first. Those original drawings still drive the art you play with today.
Before public release, Luke presented and playtested with classmates, his school, and family — for years.
108 cards for a tight family game — add a second deck when more friends show up.
Art inspired by Luke’s original hand-drawn concepts — Radar, Tink, Snatcher, and friends.
Every card type in the 108-card deck — including Thrasher, Scout, Shield Swap, and Pick 1 Color.
From pencil and paper to a full printed deck — designed by a kid who wanted a game that never got boring.

Finished Radar art — still rooted in Luke’s original drawings
Snatch the Cat! was created by Lukas (Luke) Grau — our son, now 13 years old. It started as a passion project when he got tired of playing the same card games over and over. He researched games like UNO, Pokémon, and War, then invented something of his own starring the family cats Radar and Tink.
Luke hand-drew the original concept art for every card type — Radars, Attacks, Traps, the Snatcher, Guardian Angel, Tink’s Gaze, and more — on paper first (see his scanned concept sheet at left). Those sketches weren’t just a starting doodle: they became the creative foundation for the polished cards you see today. The finished deck still follows Luke’s original ideas, characters, and humor.
He has been part of every step of the creation process: inventing the rules, playtesting and balancing, choosing art directions, naming cards, and deciding what stayed in the deck. This is his game — the family helped polish and prepare it for print, but Luke led the design.
Today it’s a full 108-card deck with a custom card back and an accordion rules sheet — ready for game nights everywhere, still true to the kid who drew it at the kitchen table.
Luke wants a faster, sneakier game of his own — starring Radar & Tink.
Original concept sheets in pencil and color — the DNA of today’s cards.
Classmates, school, and family playtest for years. Rules get sharper.
